Layaway
DeRobertis Jewelers offers a Flexible layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase
The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will receive an in-store credit for monies received.
Financing
DeRobertis Jewelers offers financing through Synchrony. "Same as cash" and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.
Gift certificates
DeRobertis Jewelers offers gift certificates in any denomination.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase some special orders and altered items may be non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase. All refunds must be "in new condition" and accompanied by your original receipt and packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds on altered or clearance items.
Diamond Inspections
DeRobertis Jewelers recommends that you bring us your diamond jewelry for free inspection & cleaning every 3 - 6 months. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones.
Appraisals of current purchases
DeRobertis Jewelers is happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your current purchase over $1,000.
All other Appraisals
Appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologist trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). An estimate of appraisal charges will be provided at appraisal take in.
Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction. |
